Dear sir, I'm an engineering student. I have good knowledge about PLC (siemens S7 200 and 300). I'm pretty sure that you cannot connect GSM module directly to PLC. You have to use a micro controller between PLC and GSM module. Then you can control PLC outputs and inputs. I have done several projects using GSM modules. I can help you to complete the project.
