Micro Hydro Project Research & Design-Using Pumps As Turbines

I need an electrical engineering expert who has some experience in micro-hydro designs & operations. I need is someone who can write and research and write a short report. Designing And Installing A Micro Hydro System Using Pumps As Turbines The report should be like an instruction manual. I will use it to design my micro-hyrdro system. Your research will be based on the following site information for setting up the micro-hydro system: (1) flow rate is 5 liters/second (2) head is 1000 m (3) power transmission distance from generator is 4km (4) Standard household voltage used in the house is 240 Volts. (5) The micro-hydro system should be able to power 5 homes(if the power output is not sufficient, the head can be increased) (6) the land is sloping at 45 degrees (from this work out the length of the penstock) Based on the site details and requirements above, the report should tell me: (1) the exact type of pump as turbine I should have to buy. (2) the diameter size of the penstock I would need to buy. (3) what type penstock would be suitable for such a high head situation of 1000m, pvc, metal pipe? etc that I have to buy. (4) where to buy the pump and provide me the address, website, phones (suppliers, ebay etc). (5) a detailed design and layout of how to connect the parts together surrounding the pump as turbine.( I do not need a complex engineering drawing or design for this, just a drawing with writing and pictures showing what part should be connected to what part). (6) what is the size (diameter) of the power cable I have to run 4km to the houses? (7) And what is the best material for the power cables? (copper? aluminium? etc) and where can I buy or order them? Provide me the suppliers. (8) the report should state all the electrical equipment that I will need at the pump as turbine generator shed which will "condition" the electricity before it is transmitted to the houses. (9) there should be step-by-step detailed guide on how to install the system-include pictures for easy understanding.
