Hello, I am an Electrical Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Customized Product Development for Instrumentation and Control applications. I am based in Kolkata (India) and running a business in the name of "Zetek Systems". I have a good hardware setup and a team for fabrication and testing. Several products that I have designed are based on AT89S52. From the images you posted I find that the eight no opto-isolators are there for input. And most probably they are used as a byte input to a 89S52 port. If your new coin accepting m/c output is similar to the older one then you already have the documentation detailing the input for different coin. As you mentioned you also have the barcode list. Only thing unknown is the output packet format and baud rate etc. We can discuss more detailed specification, deliverables and milestones through chat. I am bidding only for the design, assuming that you will develop the prototype at your side (i.e. there will not be any shipment from my side) Looking forward to your valued reply.
