Cutting 10 dxf files from a big DWG overview plan

The job is simple. 1- You'll have to start form one big plan 2- Then you need to cut out this plan 10 individual plans and save them as DXF 3- Those individual plans need to stand up straight 4- You have to add 4 empty layers with each individual plan 5- The individual plan may only contain one layout-tab 6- You need to add a scale to the individual plan 7- Save it as dxf (auto cad 2010) The result of the plan should be < 1MB You need to film on video the actions to cut out one individual plan and perform all the steps necessary. So the end results i need are: 10 individual plans + 1 video. It should be possible todo it within 1h (normally the action per individual plan is about 1 minute once you know how it work so you have some margin here). I also will give you a video that shows some of the steps in another drawing app to indicate what you exactly need todo.
