Hi, I did read that your budget is only 100 pounds, but I'm sceptical about the type of solution you would get for that. The price I have quoted on is a very optimistic one - nothing major goes wrong. I have built large lp models to solve the same type of problems. I should be bly to make small adjustments to accommodate your specific problem. Worst case scenario is that we will require a different solving methodology. Hope to hear from you soon.
