I'm seeking a warehousing expert to setup pallet racks designed for moderate weight items (500 to 1000 lbs) in my warehouse. Currently, my warehouse has other storage systems but I wish to enhance the efficiency and storage capacity by leveraging the benefits of a pallet racking system. - Ideal candidates are experienced with warehouse layouts and understand optimizing operational efficiency. - Skill in assembling, installing, and ensuring the safety standards of pallet racks is crucial. - Both adhering to OSHA standards and my own custom safety standards is mandatory during the setup. - Familiarity with transitioning from other storage systems to pallet racks without disrupting operational flow will be advantageous. Your input and suggestions from your past experience for improving the warehousing system will be much appreciated.
