I want to conditionally format a cell to display a colour depending on a combination of choices between 2 other cells for a risk rating. EG if I select Medium for the impact of a risk event in 1 cell & High for the chance of it happening in another - I would like the cell next to the 2 choices to display red in colour. The colour will be dependent on the combination of risk between impact and chance of it happening - it will either display red, amber or green depending on combination. Please see Column L-M & Column T-X in attached file. This colour will depend on combination of 2 cells immediately left to these cells
