Have over 20 such Excel tools developed utilizing Zillow APIs. I would need from you an API key (you need to register at Zillow). Not sure "price the property is listed for" exists unless it's a new one. What I do know exist are: LastSoldDate and LastSoldPrice. I assume you have in mind Excel for Windows. Regards, Svet. P.S. Hi there, I've seen the site and tried the api. Its pretty easy for me. So I can create a desktop application that will upload addresses (example address format::"2114 Bigelow Ave", "Seattle, WA") then it would return an XML file with current record then the app will parse the elements to fill it in your excel file. But to use it, you need an ID. Do you want to use your own ID? or you can ask me to create the new one. Please consider my bid. Thanks, Riga.
