Full-scope Marketing Gig. Reddit and forum posts, social media, commenting on posts, promoting the biz

Looking for a marketing manager that can handle almost all aspects of my marketing. I need someone with fluent english writing skills and very minor graphic design skills (can use Canva), and the ability to be independent + know how to get the word out about my business. Looking for social media posting on our twitter, facebook, IG, and youtube accounts. Looking for blog posts written on our blog ([login to view URL]). Creating and building accounts at forums to discuss the industry and provide insight while promoting the business. Need someone who can do all or some of this. Job is very flexible, you'll work completely on your own schedule. Budget is very minimal until the business is turning a profit, but this could turn into a full time position or equity in the company or something like that. Thinking $250/mo for starters and I'd need to see a lot of conversions + use of the platform to continue work. If you drive lots of converting customers and help the business I will reward you appropriately by giving bonuses relative to the conversions driven.
