The image will move from bottom of the screen and then zoom in, right? how big do you need it to be finally? About the music, is that music for the whole swf or just for this image animation? I'll write the music file path, image path in the xml file, is that OK?

This is easy job. I can do quickly and you dont have to pay much. Flash provide tween animation library(such as greensock's tweenlite ) to handle this case. But I can do it in both flash and html5/javacript,too .
