Flash cursor rollover animation for casino site

I need an experienced Flash designer for a Flash roller over animation for the image attached. I can give the orignal Adobe Photoshop file to the winner for use for the project. (1) When the cursor rolls over each segment there should be different animations triggered. - LIVE Blackjack: The first animation segment is the "Live Blackjack". When the cursor rolls over I need The dealer to throw cards and have them end up close to where they are now. I'm trying to give is a "live dealer" feeling. - LIVE Roulette: When the cursor rolls over I need the roulette wheel to look like it's spinning and the stop with the ball on a number. - LIVE Baccarat: When the cursor rolls over I need a good animation related to baccarat. Either the cards should be placed on the table. Maybe a dollar sign can show up. - LIVE Slots: This is an easy one. I need the slot machine to start an animation when the cursor rolls over. (2) Each animation should NOT contain the text below each one. Each individual segment should have a seperate url that's "clicked" on. (3) I need an experienced flash designer to give me these "flashy" graphics AND have them not be too large. They need to have the absolute best graphics without having them too "heavy".
