Keep all the blue grandaunts but, we need to make the center of the shape clear...so the color would be shading around the boarders. 3. We actually need to simplify the graphic by removing all the titles and the animated arrows, as well as removing the phase titles shown on the side of the shape. 4. All the bubbles should originate from the idea box on the left hand side of those buttons and then fall into the shape as a funnel. 5. The Bubble colors should start as yellow: Which Represents a project idea that needs research, then turn to green mid way through the shape: representing the ideas that are a "Green Light or a Go" and then from there 10% of the bubbles should turn to Red and disappear: This represents the ideas that are getting thrown out. So the bubbles need to be yellow into green and then a few of those green bubbles need to turn red and disappear. 6. The buttons that animate and light up also follow the bubble colors. We'll want to reference back to the clients mock up for that. 7. Remove the matrix at the top of the current shape...their software does NOT include that particular function. 8. Remove their logo. 9. The sentence that is written in red font on the bottom of their mock up is in fact the exact point they are trying to show with this graphic. So, they want that sentence to be included on the graphic in a more predominant way.
