Here is what I’m looking for: I’m looking for a writer who can help us produce a recipe guide for Valentine's Day. Here is what we want included in the guide: We have 50 recipes that we need the directions re-written on how to make the meal. These recipes will cover all courses of the traditional Valentine's Day Meals. Then I would like you to create three individual meal plans that people could use to plan their entire Valentine's meal. Ideally I’d like it to be 3 completely different meal plans with little to no cross over of food choices and recipes. Next I would like for you to create a shopping list around these three meal plans so that the average reader could go to their local grocery store and purchase everything they need for that particular meal plan. We will provide you the recipes for Valentine's. Ideally we’re looking for a 50 – 75 page document upon completion and we will be adding photos where possible. We’re looking to hire someone ASAP and have the book complete by February 11th at the latest. If you’re interested here’s what I want you to do next: 1. Hit reply and share a sample of your previous work. Bonus points if it is of a similar nature to what we are asking for today. 2. Bid for the job. Recipe for blood group A HOT ARTICHOKE-SPINACH DIP Want to tease your palate with some hot dips and appetizers? Try out this amazing recipe with artichoke and spinach and boost up your iron levels as well as stick on to your diet plan that suit your blood type. Ingredients • 1 cup diced onion • ¼ ghee or butter • 2 cups chicken stock – turkey stock / vegetable stock can also be used. • ¼ cup spelt flour- whole or white • 1 teaspoon sea salt • ½ teaspoon garlic- granulated • Juice of 1 lemon • 3 handfuls of fresh spinach • 1 15 ounce can artichoke hearts • 1/3 cup feta cheese • ½ cup shredded mozzarella Directions 1. Sauté the onion with ¼ cup butter. 2. Add the flour and cook the roux till it turns bubbly. 3. Slowly add the chicken stock and stir it till the mix is thickened. 4. Season the sauce with salt, garlic and lemon juice. 5. Add the cheese, spinach and the artichoke hearts. 6. Cook it over low heat and stir till it is hot. 7. Serve it piping hot as a dip over vegetables or with little toasts. 8. Enjoy your meal.
