Require a banner that will be put on a website as a slider menu, with the following specs to be designed: 1).PSD/.AI file required 2) Resolution: 940px x 392px 3) To include text as follows: 'Health Board is giving out workhealth grants of $10000 to do the following activities:' 'Lifestyle activities, recreational activities, health screening' 4) Our company logo to be integrated with the design and text 5) Take a look at attached image, ([login to view URL]) to see what colour scheme the website is on Important: Just include your best portfolio of design in your PM (don't include more than 3 links as I will not have the time to see all).
