Website Header / Logo Design

Hi, I require a transparent header/logo designed for a new website of mine. I currently have some plain background header files, so I'm simply looking for a transparent header image/logo design that I can place over the top. The design is required for an internet marketing/online business site so I need someone who has an excellent understanding of the current style often seen on many of these sites. I'll provide full details of the header size, sites that I like the design of etc. to the winning bidder, but basically I'm looking for a clean, professional, Web 2.0 style design. You need to be able to provide any graphics to be used in the header design. Header files will need to be provided in jpg & psd format. Lastly, I'll also require the successful bidder to identify the hex codes for the color that I'll be using for the header background. Basically I need to be able to match the color of the background header file to the rest of the site as I build it, so I need these details. I'll send the background file for the header through to the succesful bidder so that they can identify the color/s. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks
