Graphics for iphone project - easy

Completed iphone project, need splash screen/icons and a couple of buttons made. need you to come up with the eye-catching design. ## Deliverables This app allow you to print labels and envelopes from your iphone/ipad. I just need the following graphics (see attached images as well) 1) Icons 114 X 114 72 X 72 57 X 57 all icons are the same, just different size... but they must be clear, dont just shrink it down. 2) Splash screens 1) 1024 X 768 (landscape) 2) 768 X 1024 (portrait) 3) 640 X 960 (portrait) 4) 320 X 480 (portrait) once again, all are the same, just different sizes, maybe slight layout changes. 3) picture of an envelope. see [login to view URL] I got this one from istock, however i want one with an american stamp, and a similar look. 4) [login to view URL] - those little buttons.. they are "D" for default, + for add from contact, "X" to clear box. Like i said, i dont have a design, so i need you to come up with something catchy and professional looking.. having to do with printers, labels, envelopes etc.. you must supply PSD's as the final source, not just the jpg's/png's If you have an iphone/ipad, i would be glad to send you an adhoc.
