Hello. I'm interested in helping you. While you describe what your current problem is, there's no description of the task ahead, not a clear way to check that "60% completion" is real. I'd like to have from you a detailed list of the missing features your site needs. And I'd like to see the source code to better assess this project and give you a better quote and realistic time frames estimation. Also the original description you gave to the previous developer would be helpful in order to know better the project. Or you can test my skills and hire me on a week by week basis for USD $500 / week.
