It is a Massive Multiplayer Online Game Development project. The Freelancer will be updated with the Latest Document every 10 Days. The project ending should be by 15th November, 2014. This is a MASSIVE proposal for a project. What you are asking to do covers everything from design, to development, to coding, and lastly graphic design and development. In addition you are asking for work to be done on both a contract basis, but then additional work after the project is complete. You would seriously need to reconsider your bid amount as this is bringing in multiple designed and developers. We have done many MMO projects, both web based and stand alone. You are looking closer to needing a budget of 3000-6000 USD.
