Seeking a Designer who wants to go places (Literally)

Literally... I'm a web developer with a number of or Web properties, many of them devoted to European travel. I'm comfortable programming the websites in HTML/CSS/ASP.NET/PHP, however, when I design them they tend to look like Craigslist. The business model for these sites is online advertising with traffic driven by way of SEO and Social Media. We differentiate ourselves from the other Travel websites out there by offering barter opportunities for unsold hotel rooms, etc.. I'm looking for a partner in this type of arrangement for an equal revenue split and split of all items obtained by barter. At a later date, a writer or social media professional may be added who may also need to share in the revenue. Revenue would be split based on hours put into the project and that is why a Pittsburgh-based designer is preferred. Note: This is a partnership arrangement opportunity only. At our first meeting, we can discuss how transparency can be managed for hours worked as well as revenue splits.
