I want a basic website with a few pages with content about loans. Auto loans, mortgages, refinancing, personal loans. Just a very basic straightforward informative site that talks about loans and how to get approved. It only has to be a few pages. I also want a template used that is optimal for ad sense ads with Google. The ad location should be prominent on both desktop and mobile. And even though this is an information based site I still want it to look nice, nothing crazy though. I want enough content to get good quality scores from the Google adsense program in relation to loans. Also I will need Google Analytics and Adsense scripts also installed on this site. etc
