Coding changes and setup-Listify Directory Theme Wordpress

I recently purchased the Listify Directory Theme from Themeforest. I need to change how listings are submitted (will be paid listings, user can purchase 1 month, 6 month or year listing....this will not be subscription based. Users will be able to renew their listings when or before the listing expires. Will need to integrate an email that is sent to users with listings that are about to expire.) Also, I need to modify how the "Claim Listing" feature/plugin works. When a user submits a listing I do not want the listing to be Claimable, but when an admin submits listings I need the listing to be claimable. Only administrators will be able to submit claimable listings, others can not. Will need the "Claim" option also selectable in the admin listings area so I can uncheck or check this option for each listing if needed. If a user claims a site I need that user to be directed to the same payment options as someone submitting a new listing (1 month, 6 month or year listing). After they make payment the listing will move to their name and they will have full control over the listing, the listing will also be set to expire based on the listing package selected. I also need everything else to look like Listify website, I know after I setup my site there were a few things that were missing as far as page layouts. So I pretty much need my site to look like the demo site + the coding changes that I listed above. ( Will need my logo header image and favicon to be put on as well that I already have, but will need help with page colors to match logo). I had another programmer that was working on a few things but I think they messed up more than they fixed, so would need the site set back up from the beginning. (Delete current and reinstall fresh theme). I was told by the Listify theme support people to only make changes to the child theme so it wouldn't mess up future updates. I'm not familiar or aware if the changes I need can be done within the child theme, but would prefer to be able to update my theme in the future as updates roll out. I need someone that is willing to work and get the job done and speaks good English and can complete a job in a timely manner. This should be a fairly easy project for a good programmer and wordpress guru. If you require 50% before you start please do not bother bidding.
