Convert Existing draft into 3D Animated Floor Plan!

I need someone to take a Good Floor plan and make it Great! Add 3D Animation, stunning effects, virtualization. The basic floor plan for a Banquet hall, with rooms, dimensions and specs is attached. The final product should contain all of the dimensions and floor layout of the attached file and add the Animation and effects. It should be easy to navigate. Basic props were used within the existing plan, please enhance these to reflect furniture, appliances etc that would be found in a first class Banquet Hall. The tables in the existing drawing are square, actual tables should be Rounds (I couldn't find the rounds for this draft) Other specs to remember when drawing Banquet Hall - Parameter = 80’ x 164’ Should contain: • 2 double entry doors with glass on inner walls • Hall furnishings • 60” round tables with 8 chairs per table • 6’ banquet tables for serving Office Suite should contain: • Executive office • Business office • Conference room with supply room Would love to see how you would animate the banquet hall or 1 of the rooms based on the attached file and above instructions 3D Animation, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering, Animation, Graphic Design
