Create an Animation (30s-45s) using my characters and artwork

I need a 2D animation that to compare the differences between my 5 products and the competitor's similar 5 products. These products have already been stylised and designed as cartoon characters. I have these 5 characters, resembling fried chicken products, together with their 5 alter-ego competing versions of themselves, in Adobe Illustrator format, together with backgrounds and scenes. I will provide the storyboard and script and the freelancer will just need to animate them and bring the concept to life. There will be no voiceovers, but will need to have appropriate music.
