I have a bunch of old school PDF files and we want someone to create proper digital fillable form PDFs so we can start using them online for a variety of tasks. I can send the original Word files for easier digital export / design into Acrobat. I have attached one example. I have a few of these. Please note I will send the Word files when the job has been accepted. About 30 pages total.

Hello, I have read the description of this project and I understand what you need. I can create proper fillable Adobe PDF documents from the Word documents you will be providing, totaling 30 pages. I can carry out this task either in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe InDesign. It will take me 3 days to complete the creation of these fillable PDF documents.
