Create 2-3 specific 3D Gyroscopic enabled live wallpapers for android

My budget is not high, but I am willing to negotiate based on quality and whether or not I keep the rights to the project. I would like to see 2-3 specific android live wallpapers, similar to the style of art here: [login to view URL] or more realistic should the artist want to. They range in complexity to easy - medium - and one very hard one. I am totally open to having the artist keeping all rights to the LWP after creation, but should that be the case, they will have to upload it to the google play store and I will by it from there, in addition to what I pay them here, but it will be a lower price point than if I own the rights and upload it to the store myself. The live wallpapers should require no special permissions unless necessary, and they should explain why they are necessary, as the wallpapers I have in mind do not require file access, so no permissions should be required. I am not sure of a valid price point for these LWPs and would appreciate some guidance in this area. Should someone be interested in creating them, I will give more exact details, but this is the gist.
