Design pdf into microsoft word

We need our current linesheet designed in Microsoft word. We only have in PDF and the original file is corrupt. We used online conversion but it takes images and makes them as 1. We need done in word so we can change images and text as we get new products or lose products. Example the first Product is SIHI Flowserve and we might have a new product later. The next product is Teikoku which we have 2 images and 1 is obsolete now. We will make all edit so we need the same layout but need images and text where we can edit easily. Max budget is Mirco pricing 10-30 dollars. Please dont bid if you cant meet our pricing., Also we will consider other format besides word if we have access to edit later.
