Integrate my payment form with Stripe API for one-time and recurring subscription

Need someone who can integrate my form on my website with Stripe using their API for recurring subscription and a one-time payment. The one-time payment and the first month's subscription price should be charged in the first payment and then every month the customer should be charged the subscription price. I have the CSS file of the page where the form is located. So you do NOT NEED TO MAKE A FORM YOURSELF. I need you to use my own form without changing any of the design. Jay
