Need AngularJS example

I am trying to convert an app over to angular. I have 2 html page done in bootstrap. One is to retrieve "open activites" and uses datatables that calls out to a rest service to bring back data and present it in a table format. The second html page is used to edit the item from the grid. I will provide you with the code that I did for both of these. The second page does not have any coding yet to bring back the item. I am looking for you to create me an angular app and heavily comment so that I can built off of it. When the user clicks the open item from the "open activies" the "edit activity" page should present and you will need to call out to another rest service to bring back the data and popular the page. I would also like you to add an extra column in the datatable to hold a button that when I click on it, it will For routing you need to use ui-router. I use webstorm as my editor. I will expose a mock implementations of the 2 rest service that you can use as you build the page for me. One will be used to fill the open activies page and the second one will be to retrieve data for the edit activity page.
