IPTV admin panel and customer panel - repost

Hi, We need a admin panel web based along with the customre interface, where the admin can add the subscriber, modify the subscriber, add the channel package, add the device box along with MAC address and serial number. I customer can view the channels on web player with user name and password authentication, and on device with mac address attentication. Along with this admin should manage the accounts and feature of support ticketing system b/w customer and admin end. The admin panel should be userfriendly. easy to work with. We need this web application in jsp and oracle 10g. This project will be futhur expanded linking with the middle ware. Experts only bid on the project as thier is future continuation with the project. Its urgent need to be completed in 15days.
