Fill in Spreadsheets with Data

We are a stable company since 2005 working with motorcycle parts and accessories. As the market grows with internet also we need to grow with it. So we are in need to hire Data Entry staff FULL TIME ONLY. (Those that do not intend full time do not apply at all). Requirements: -- Working FULL TIME ONLY, others please do not apply. -- Applicants need to send a CV, if you do not want to send the CV, please do not apply. -- Stable internet connection from your side -- English speaking and writing knowledge (other languages welcome) -- Able to work on Excel / CSV / XML / TXT files -- To have Excel formulas and basic HTML + CSS tags knowledge -- Able to navigate into internet websites to copy / extract data for products as Article codes, photos URL, Descriptions, Prices, etc. Responsibilities: -- To extract products information from different websites, excel pricelists, pdf catalogs, etc, into excel / csv files. -- To format the description of the products with simple html tags as <br />, <p>, <img>, <a href>, <div>, <span> and rarely with <iframe>. -- To deliver the work in time and be responsible to work full time. -- Sometimes need to make data entry for Amazon feeds, Google Shopping feeds, etc. -- Need to compare the pricelists with existing products in our shopping cart in order to update the shop by finding NEW products, EXISTING products and DISCONTINUED products so we can disable. -- Need to work with attributes such and products colors, sizes, materials, types etc. -- Need to download photos of products, crop and resize them accordingly with graphical software. We can provide them too, if you don't have.
