Finish up some mapping software

I have a mostly complete project that I need help carrying across the finish line. At this time I need the following accomplished: 1. Currently, only a single color is being used via click and drag. I'd like to be able to select up to 20 colors (hex codes will be provided). And then highlight counties with those colors. 2. For each color, the counties selected on the map need to be pushed into different arrays. (I select blue, select 15 counties, those 15 push into array1. I select red, select 5 counties, those 5 push into array2.) 3. Similar to point 2, each county can only exist in a single array, if I select blue, and select a county that's red, it will splice that county from the red array and push into the blue array. There currently exists a [login to view URL] library in the code but that can be replaced with whichever color library is preferred.
