Very skilled illustrator Needed..

I need a picture including features of the illustrations attached. The concept of the picture is of a woman "savior" who is advising other women. The attachment titled Picture, is how we would like the layout of the people. We would like the person standing at the front to be drawn exactly as the person in the file titled "[login to view URL]" she must also be posed in that position, wearing a beautiful gowm. I have attached another photo of the girl, as this needs to be drawn as closely as possible to her. If possible please provide a mock, so we can asses your understanding of this project, but also your ability.
