I am looking for a virtual assistant to help finalise orders for fulfilment, minor art manipulation in Illustrator, file folder creation and basic.
The work will include the following:
* eBay, WooCommerce e-commerce web-stores order fulfilment.
* Retrieve data from eBay, WooCommerce incoming orders
* Complete orders in fulfilment system (will be explained to the hired candidate)
* Navigate dropbox file system, and locate templates
* Modify details for print on demand products (update Name and Number on a template in illustrator or corral draw)
* Create Production folder in Dropbox and save design file for the production team
* This means, at a set time each day you will need to dedicate to fulfilling all incoming orders for the day (or those which have accrued in the system since yesterdays fulfilment).
Skills required:
* Ability to send emails with excellent, clean communication (mainly copy pasting order details)
* basic Illustrator or corral draw skills
* Ability to work weekdays from 1 pm AEST (expect 1-2 hours weekdays)
* Experience in working with eBay, WooCommerce is essential
In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience with similar clients. Candidates will be shortlisted accordingly & this is a long-term hire for the right candidate.

I m currently working in similar role... we use ready templates for our customers by editing some details... I can spend 30 hours on weekdays n 15 more hours on weekends.. awaiting for first opportunity u will not disappoint.
