Growth hacker for science website

We run a high-quality site for science and technology news ([login to view URL]). Over the past few years we have generated on average 3k-4k uniques a day. We want to break out of this range and significantly increase site visitors. We are looking for a traffic generation specialist for targeted traffic, i.e. not just any traffic but quality visitors - repeats with a strong affinity for science/technology. Part of the job is to analyze traffic sources/patterns for the leading science/technology news sites (such as [login to view URL]) and use that information to target new visitors.
