SEO Optimisation - Part 1 of 2 - Looking For Helpful Expert

I need helpful, experienced, high quality SEO expert to work with me to optimise my website and get to #1 position in Google and Yahoo. As a result, I am posting this as Part 1 of a 2 Part project. For Part 1, I want an SEO "expert" to: - Review all content on my current site – including blog posts. - Review ‘my’ list of key words and provide feedback or suggest new words required to improve site. - Prepare a report and an action plan to implement your recommended SEO techniques. - Provide estimated costing of what Part 2 may cost. I do not operate in a hugely competitive industry – so currently ranked between 4th-6th – now time to take it to next level. I am looking for someone I can work together with who can help me also be better at writing and posting SEO optimised content for my website/blog. I am also a writer, so if content needed to improve rankings, I can provide past columns or can also write new info. I am not hugely technical so TRUST is critical. You will base Part 1 on using only absolutely ethical methods to improve my rankings. You will provide honest and realistic feedback on what needs to be done and how we can achieve the best result together.
