All followers must be real people with active Twitter accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) - Twitter account must be promoted within the Terms of Twitter. - Must ALL be real people each having at least 25 friends/followers. - NO duplicate Twitter profiles/ - NO bots, NO Blackhat / Gray hat techniques - Must be achieved by NO means of illegal activity - Followers must be active - No spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures - No followers that will risk the delelation of the Twitter accounts. - You must use good practices when gathering followers. If the Twitter accounts are not complete/no longer active then there will be no payment for this project.
