Adsense wordpress site earning $100+ a month

I'm looking for a professional website designer that can create an adsense wordpress site. I am looking to spend $100 for this project so please keep that in mind when bidding. Requirements: - It must obey Adsense "TOS" (no adults, drugs, violence, gambling...) - not optional - The website should offer valuable information with SEO optimized unique content (no Autoblogs) - The website should be Wordpress based with unique design (header & images) - Copyright for content, design and images should belong to me after the transaction along - Domain and all website files will belong to me as well - Backlinks to the websites are WHITE HAT and within reason (no spamming) - The website should be able to earn a consistent income of $100 or more a month from Adsense - Traffic should be original (no force clicks, no paid advertisement) I will pay the amount of bid only AFTER I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 15-20 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments - sorry! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points: • Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. • Show us the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense "TERMS OF SERVICE". I cannot risk my Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered.
