Account Opening Banking App (iPad)

I currently work as a banking officer and my job is to open several new bank accounts. The problem here is the long and arduous manual process required to sign on a customer. My idea is to create an iPad app to simplify the account opening process. App will have the corresponding fields as located on the account opening booklet. With the following features amongst others: 1. Photo capturing - to be able to capture passport size pictures with the in-built camera. 2. GPS location (Pins) - to be able to pin the home and office address of the new customer. 3. ID / Utility bill scanning using the camera on the iPad - to be able to scan National ID and Utility Bills. As the customer completes the simplified step by step process the app will submit the application to the bank for final approval. Once approved, customer will receive notifications by email/txt with their new bank account number etc.
