1) no Launcher. we have to override the system font to reflect our proprietary in all apps such as Whatsup, WeChat, Skype, Viber, etc....the app running on background will be able of changing fonts on all applications on all android devices. all telephones providers are not rooted. The architecture has to be without routing preferably. in your chart flow, how would you launch the application? remember that this application is working at any time with other applications of SMS, IM or email and need to be always on the background in case someone wants to use with his communication favorite apps such as whatsup,etc... Before to get this assignment you will need from you a flow chart describing the architecture as you understand it and also how do you envision launch of the application preferably without rebooting the device if possible.
