Social Networking JavaScript

I am building a site using XHTML 1.0 Transitional (using Dreamweaver CS5.5), and I need Social Networking share buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. I want full access and control of the Javascript, and do not want a script running on an external site/server. I want it to be a file within my website that I completely own. I also need to be able to edit what I believe are called the "meta tags". For instance, when shared on Facebook, I want to be able to control the URL that shows up, as well as the site description and the Image and/or thumbnail choices. I will be using my own graphics for each button/link, but if you want to include buttons for testing purposes that is good. They don't need to be anything spectacular, just something to test the script with. Lastly, I would need most of the script explained to me, as well as where to implement it within my site. Basically I need this script and all necessary code, as well instructions on how to use. Thank you and I look forward to your bids!
