wordpress template fix

Very quick turnaround needed. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PROJECT unless you can turn this around immediately. [login to view URL] here is the staff page. it's all messed up. images are overlapping text. None are the same size. They should all be like the example with the weight and scale (Sharon) also the dates need to be hidden. None of the images should be distorted either. The thumbnail should be a proportionately square. 2ND the image sliders on the homepage aren't linking to the correct pages. there is something wrong with the back end. when i try to choose what page to link to it defaults back to the homepage. i need this function fixed so i can choose the right page again. need this done ASAP
