Create a MacOs Installer for my jar file

Hi, I have a jar utility [login to view URL] that takes an input argument. It basically runs as following command: java -jar [login to view URL] <input argument> where <input argument> is input argument supplied at runtime. This input Argument needs to be any text that person selects in any application. Be it Browser or Text Editor or chat clients. The User of the Mac or Linux should basically just select the text and then press shortcut keys like "command+b" and it should send selected text to java command as <input argument> So first a program needs to be created that creates a shortcut keys that sends selected text to java jar command. Then I also needs to pack this program into installer. I need to create an installer which installs this program on any MacOS and Linux machines. The installer should basically does following thing. 1) Install the program on Users machine. 2) After installation when User selects any text. It should just press shortcut keys "command+b", which will run the below java command: java -jar <selected text>
