Image slicing in Java - Repost - open to bidding

Please bid if you can deliver the solution within one day. Another day is available for tests and fixes if necessary. We need Java class for slicing a image at vertical and horizontal lines. The sliced image parts should be stored as image objects and should be saved as image files too. We also need the to have a new big image as result which has the same original image but it is bigger because some space should be placed between the slices. The class/procedure you deliver takes parameters as: image object, horizontal and vertical slicing coordinates, the background color and gap size for the assembled new big image, path for the result images. Output should be: assembled big image as image object and a saved image file, all sliced images as image objects and saved image files. We need a clear way how to test your code. It can be a clear command line command or a some line long test code which calls the needed class or procedure. The assembled big image is a big image which has the original image eg. in 4 x 3 slices and there is a gap between them depending on the given parameters. Thank you for bidding!
