For Zoho Analytics, I have integrated Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Teamworks. Solution: The integration flow has two step. 1. Initial Fetch (IF) 2. Sync IF: Fetches all the data from Marketsharp CRM and push the same into Zoho Analytics. Sync: Fetches the newly created, updated, deleted data from CRM(Need to check whether their API provides filtering option based on updated after). It reduces API hits in both sides. If CRM API's does not have this filtering option, we need to fetch all the data and update it in Zoho Questions: 1. Modules you would like import into Zoho Analytics like Leads? 2. Your CRM's data model in Zoho Analytics.? If so, what are all the fields are unique (primary key) for each module? update the records only with this field in Zoho Analyics. 3. manually run this job? If not, we need to schedule the job (cron job). 4. How we are going to handle deleted records in CRM? Existing code: I have checked the code. It tries to fetch the data from CRM only. Let me know if it is wrong. To complete the work item, 1. I need to understand your model in Zoho Analytics and CRM. 2. Study OData API and test it. 3.
