operating system - assembly - using java eclipse. review and correct coding on specific requirements (everything is there, it's only a sketch)

I need you to review my work and correct any missing or mistakes in following the requirements to expand the system's capabilities so that it can run more than one program “at the same time” – i.e. by context switching between programs. I will send all the files in chat window along with the specifications. note that, you'll not start from zero or any heavy work as everything is there. so this is considered micro project.
