Hi, I worked on md-chips most which one is angular material's default directive. I customized directive as requirement for that project also added autocomplete functionalities for that chips. I see it is very similar with md-chips also some less functional of md-chips. 'onSelect' is not fire because it can not work override directive, so customizing the ngx-chips or modify as a child directive would solve that issue. Hope I could fix that issue easily if you send code and further explain about problem. With 8+ years experience as a full-stack developer, I am confident of your requirements. Hello You need a developer who has excellent experience of Angular 4. The project I have uses Angular 4.4.4. I am using ngx-chips component. You can search and read about it online. It is an 'autocomplete' control (type ahead) that searches data and shows results in a drop down and user selects one value from the drop down. The drop down works well but we have a requirement that on change event of the control, the rest of the form should be populated. The change event is not working. We have a custom template for the control. I want to use 'onSelect' but that does not fire. I want someone who either has experience of using ngx-chips or is really really good with Angular 4 programming and is available immediately to help me with this to figure out why it's not working or to implement a solution for the stated problem.
