Convert Angular 4 theme into visual studio project for angular 4

I do not need any dynamic content. I just want the site working as an angular site with components. I do not need all the links setup. Just one of each, so I can replicate myself. There is no dynamic coding required for this. I just need like 2 links in the navigation routing properly. You will be submitting the visual studio 2017 project as the final result.
