Technical Q&A for my Reactjs web project

I make a web based project with Reactjs and get stuck with two things. I need the bidder to achieve following requests: 1. I have a Reactjs file, written as a Functional component, 270 lines of code. This file is named PrimaryForm.js. There are hooks used in this component. This has to be converted to a react Class. (***UPDATE: I converted this to a Class component already!***) 2. I have another Reactjs file, written as react Class named APIManager.js. I want to create methods in this class which make API calls with fetch() method and then return either the result or the error. I want to be able to called as a helper class, not a UI. **So, what I want the bidder to achieve is, make APIManager class's own methods from used by [login to view URL], the UI.** Eg. In my [login to view URL] there will be a button. When this button is clicked, handleClick() function in [login to view URL] will be called. And in handleClick() of [login to view URL] , a makeAPICall() method of [login to view URL] will be called. According to the result fetched from the api, either an error or the actual result will be passed to the PrimaryForm and then it will be shown on the UI by PrimaryForm..
