Do you have recruitment experience or a background in Civil Engineering? We are looking for team members to help grow our new recruitment / secondment business. Roles and Responsibilities 1: Contact civil engineering employers from our existing client lists, primarily by phone (we provide VOIP Softphone), to confirm the person in charge (decision maker). 2: Establish clients current and short term recruitment needs. Update Customer management system (CMS). 3: Identify live vacancies and add to CMS. Also add live vacancies to our online jobs board. 4: Review matched candidates/Jobseekers for any live vacancies and contact them to determine their current work situation. Establish their suitability for any live vacancies. Update CMS. 5: Create shortlist for review by ourselves. 6: In the absense of suitable candidates undertake searches on Linkedin and other web sources to "headhunt" for suitable staff. 7: Outbound lead generation. 8: Be available to work minimum 4 hour block during working day. 9: Work from home possible. 10: Preference will be given to UK residents Revenue share available depending on performance.
