Part or full time lawyer, paralegal or law student required to do some corporations law research and amend documents for small law firm. Payment is commensurate with experience and skill. Specifically, work is required to - amend a company constitution and draft resolutions adopting it - write a booklet about directors responsibilities - mark up an employment agreement You are preferable in Australia and understand Australian laws. if not, you must be able to research Australian law, especially Australian Corporate Laws and Employment laws. I am a qualified lawyer of 12 years so if you give me the wrong research or answers, i will know.
